  • Present

    Joined London Agency Imano PLC in January 2008 where I'm currently the lead designer and front-end coder for the CitiGroup account.

  • January 2008

    Moved to London in July 2004 where I continued to work on a freelance basis, working with small businesses like FreshTwist and Ana Barreto Interiors, among others.

  • July 2004

    After serving in the Portuguese Navy, decided to go freelance. Worked with local businesses as well as international companies with offices in Lisbon.

  • July 2001

    Joined Lisbon based advertising agency Contifax as Junior Web Designer where I worked on a variety of websites.

  • January 2001

    Joined the family business, a small printing company with its own design studio. Received from experienced graphic designers the foundations of my design education.

  • August 2000

    Left school with 3 A-Levels in Computer Programming, Philosophy and English.

  • I design and code.
  • I'm an expert front-end coder (HTML and CSS).
  • I can use jQuery to control behavior or improve usability.
  • I can hack my way through WordPress to create CMS driven websites.
  • I work well under direction but I've also lead teams of designers/coders.
  • I understand the importance of using web standards and coding with accessibility in mind.
